For over 24 years, I have been a registered nurse (RN) with experience in various areas, but my specialty lies in emergency and trauma care. My personal spiritual journey has made me realize that healing goes beyond just medication or temporary fixes until you can see your primary care physician. I have also come to understand that I am capable and willing to give more of myself to my fellow brothers and sisters.
INCA has confirmed this purpose within me. So, why the title? Because INCA is truly a home for nurses who rise to the occasion and go beyond the call of duty! I have been reborn, and INCA has dispelled any doubt about my place in this world. A special shout-out to my NC supervisor, Pamela Melson, who taught me the true meaning of giving yourself GRACE!
