I originally embarked on this NC journey to add a new tool to my toolbelt. What I wasn't prepared for was the amazing inner growth that I would experience on this journey. INCA is a well organized and extremely supportive program and I was so fortunate to have Lindsay Frey as a mentor. I look forward to doing another program through INCA in the future as I expand my role as a nurse coach. Mahalo!
